Fernanda Bertoldi is, first and foremost, a mother. Her journey in aviation began 13 years ago as a flight attendant for a major airline. But five years in, she felt a deeper calling—a belief that women belong not just in the cabin, but in the cockpit.

With a six-month-old daughter in her arms, Fernanda took her first steps as a student pilot. Today, she’s on the brink of becoming an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), serving as a full-time flight instructor in Miami while still flying as a flight attendant—and showing up every day as a dedicated mother and wife.

Fernanda credits her achievements to the strength of her community. Her husband, her rock, and her mother, her anchor, have been unwavering sources of support.

To the women doing it all—balancing motherhood, ambition, and dreams—Fernanda’s message is simple: Keep going. Greatness is coming.
